Finally security came out and said it was counterfeit!īut instead of letting us file a report, they file one on US! They wouldn't let us have the bill back, check their cameras to verify it was their bill, wouldn't let us check the remaining bills unless we handed it to them (and we were not giving up our winnings after that), manager and clerk wouldn't give us their names, wouldn't let talk to anyone except one of 7 security officers standing around next to us and instead took ALL the personal info they possibly could including a photo! Well we snapped one too. They take the bill and disappear in the back for 20 minutes and no one else out front would tell us what was going on. So we take it to the cash cage, explain what happened and asked if we could replace it.I know slim chance but it was the money they gave us from a cash receipt earlier. Getting to the last of what we started with we came across a $20 bill that none of the machines would take.
Slots were paying off.quarter and dollar machines. As the casino is really very nice, I hope they work to get the hotel back up to its former condition,įriends & I went two nights ago. Seems that whoever is in charge of hotel management needs to play a greater role in inspecting rooms for cleanliness and repair, I would not recommend this hotel under the current circumstances. The hotel staff members were very pleasant and courteous. This is not the kind of accomodation I had been used to at this property.
There were dirty glasses and dishes sitting out in the hallway by several rooms( it was late in the afternoon). The hallway carpets were very dirty and stained, looks like they had not been cleaned in ages. We went to the next room and were immediately taken aback by the smell of smoke in the hallway. We requested another room with cleaner carpet. The television had been taken off the wall and just put on a TV stand. There were numerous other stains as well. We were assigned a room and after stepping inside noticed there was a very large stain ( probably red wine) on the carpet. Unfortunately, things have really deteriorated since the last time I visited. Having been there in the past, the rooms were always very clean and in great condition. While we had a great time, I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel accomodations. I recently celebrated a friend's birthday at Chuckansi Gold Resort.
